Requesting an Insurance Consultation is Free. Insurance Agents and Brokers give priority to handling matters for existing clients. If a matter is urgent, contact the insurance agent’s office by telephone and say you saw his or her listing on InsurancePages.com. It is up to you to follow through with the agent or broker.

Agents generally respond to Requests for an Insurance Consultation only on types of insurance they handle, in areas they are licensed and service, and with people or businesses they think they are likely potential clients. Submitting a request to an agent or broker does not obligate the agent or broker to respond, and a response from an agent does NOT obligate you to use that agent's services. A request or response does not mean that you have become a client of the agent or broker.

Each agent determines for himself or herself if he or she is willing to provide a consultation, and if the consultation will be provided by phone, in person or electronically, and what the consultation consists of, as practices differ.

InsurancePages and its affiliates are NOT responsible for the results of any advice given by any agent or broker, or the failure or refusal of any agent or broker to respond or provide a consultation, or any person’s satisfaction with any agent, broker, insurance company or other firm, whether relating to competence, diligence, coverage, solvency, or otherwise. No agent or broker will be considered to be operating in or subject to jurisdiction in other than his or her home state, whether or not the agent or broker responds to your request.
